Rosehill Resources Exits Chapter 11 Bankruptcy With EIG Energy Partners Ownership

Rosehill Resources and Rosehill Operating emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on September 4, 2020 with a prepackaged plan based on a previously announced restructuring support agreement. All general unsecured creditors will be paid in full by Rosehill Operating in the ordinary course of business. All of the company's prepetition equity interests have been cancelled, and Rosehill Operating is majority owned by funds managed by EIG Global Energy Partners. Jefferies and Opportune acted as financial advisors.
