Background

Innovex Downhole Solutions Inc. manufactures casing tools, liner hanger, frac plugs, frac sleeves, production packers, artificial lift accessories, drilling tools, and intervention tools with assets in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. 

Antelope Oil Tool was founded in 1961 and acquired by Intervale in 2013. Rubicon Oilfield International was formed in 2015 with $300 million in funding from Warburg Pincus and acquired Tercel Oilfield Products, Waal King, Cauldron Oil Tools, Logan Oil Tools, and Top-Co in 2016. Innovex was formed in 2016 with the combination of Team Oil Tools, Antelope Oil Tool & Manufacturing, and Isolation Technologies. Choice Completions Systems and World Oil Tools were acquired by Rubicon in 2017. In 2019, Innovex acquired artificial lift companies Quick Connectors and Enerserv. In March 2021, Innovex acquired Rubicon.
