Background

Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos SA (CLH) operates crude oil and fuel pipelines and storage terminals as well as tankers with most of its assets in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Oman, Ecuador, and Panama. Operations are organized into eight business units: CLH, CLH Aviación, TERQUIMSA, CLH Pipeline System (UK), CLH Aviation Ireland, Orpic Logistics (Oman), CLH Panamá, and CLH Aviación Ecuador. Ordinary shares are listed on the MAD exchange.

Compañía Arrendataria del Monopolio de Petróleos (CAMPSA) was incorporated in 1927 and a state-owned enterprise. Several refiners divested their interests in the company in 1992, and CAMPSA was renamed CLH in 1993. CLH was rebranded as Exolum in March 2021.
