Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (CWS) provides fracturing, cementing, and coiled tubing services with assets located in the United States, Canada, Argentina, and Russia. Calfrac was formed in 1999 to provide coiled tubing services in Canada and began trading publicly in 2004. The company entered the United States in 2002, Russia in 2005, and Argentina in 2008. The company added 115,000 horsepower to its fleet through two acquisitions in 2009. In 2013, Mission Well Services was acquired.
